How to Take Photos for Your Custom Gate

We need clear photos of every opening you want gated, so we can give you the best options and pricing. And yes, we’ve seen it all—so let’s make this easy!

Declutter the area.

Please remove backpacks, coats, and any other random stuff hanging around the posts or handrails. (Dog leashes are fine—we love dogs.)

Say goodbye to your temporary gates.

We know you’re creative, but we need a clear view. That means no moving boxes, toy chests, tipped-over tables, or couches standing guard. Trust us, we’ve seen it all.

Capture the full picture.

Take a photo that shows both attachment points and the floor in the same shot. This helps us see what we’re working with.

Take the right perspective.

If it’s a first-floor opening, snap the photo from the first floor. If it’s for a second-floor opening, take the photo from the second floor. You get the idea.

Snap a Pic, and We’ll Handle the Rest—Baby Proofing Made Easy!
